Q: What do you charge for your cleaning services?

A: Our price is determined by the size of the office, construction site, home, or other facility and by the scope of cleaning required. Please call us at (770) xxx-xxxx for a prompt, courteous, and free quote. 

Q: Do you require a contract?
A: No. Regularly scheduled cleaning services may be rescheduled or canceled at any time. We believe the quality of our service will ensure a long-term business relationship. 

Q: Is Durant Cleaning Services bonded?
A: Yes, we carry Bonding Insurance, Liability insurance including Workers' Compensation, and are Licensed. 

Q: How may your cleaning personnel be identified?
A: All team members wear uniforms with the logo and name on the uniform shirt. 

Q: Do you provide references?
A: Yes. Upon your request, we will provide references from previous and existing work engagements. 

Q: Do you supply all equipment and supplies?
A: Yes. We supply all cleaning materials necessary for the job, however, if you prefer a particular product, let us know and we will do our best to obtain it for use in your home or facility. 

Q: How many people will clean our home or facility?
A: Typically, two or three people are assigned to a job, however, this may vary depending on the size and scope of the job requirement. 

Q: What if something is damaged or broken by the cleaning staff?
A: Should an accident occur, we will either handle the expenses directly or our insurance carriers will handle larger claims. 

Q: What if we need to reschedule a cleaning appointment?
A: Please let us know two business days ahead of time so that we can make the appropriate personnel available at the rescheduled time. 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We will accept payment by cash, check or money order.
